Privacy notice

This notice covers this website. If you become a coaching client, your Client Coaching Agreement explains how we handle the information you share during coaching.

What we collect

• Workbook sign-up: your first name and email address, and whether you ticked the box to receive the weekly essay.
• Booking a call or buying a program: the details you enter on our booking and checkout pages, such as name, email and phone number. Payments are processed by Wix Payments, and we never see or store your full card number.
• Visit counts: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

How we use it

• To send you the workbook, and the weekly essay if you asked for it.
• To schedule and confirm your call, and to run the program you bought.
• To reply when you contact us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It's stored with the services that run this site: Wix (sign-up forms, booking, payments and email), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google Workspace (our email). We share it with anyone else only if you agree or the law requires it.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing joshua.carisma@excavationcoaching.com.

Children

Our programs are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change too.
